Movement is Key to Life. Everything that lives needs energy to flow through them at an optimum functioning level to enable them to perform movements to complete the tasks of daily living. On a simple level, human beings need to be able to perform coordinated and balanced movements to enable them to achieve (the often taken for granted) daily tasks such as getting in and out of chairs, bed, cooking, and cleaning. Dependent upon work and hobbies, most individuals also require to be able to perform more highly skilled movement patterns such as complex footwork patterns, hand to eye coordination, balance, flexibility with strength and dexterity.

If the body is not functioning at an optimum level, whether through imbalances, injuries or illnesses then it can create insufficient or ineffective movement patterns that can cause increased stress on other parts of the body and a decrease in performance. Seeking expert advice from a skilled Functional Trainer who will work in conjunction with the Freedom Therapists and other Professionals at Mot’us will help you to move more efficiently and achieve an Improved Quality of Life, Health, and Happiness.
